How to work with us
Every Wikipedia article we create starts the same way: with an honest look at the coverage your subject has already earned. Wikipedia only accepts articles about subjects that independent, reliable sources have written about in depth, so that coverage decides whether an article is possible. Here's how the process works.
1. Get us the source material
Our review is only as good as the coverage it's based on. You can send it to us yourself, or let us handle it.
Send us everything you have. Collect every article, profile, interview, and piece of coverage about each topic you'd like an article for, and send it in a PDF, Word file, or Google Doc. Include both the link and the full text of each item. It doesn't need to be organized, but a list of links on its own isn't enough. The more you send, the better your chances.

Or let us handle it. Tell us the topic and we'll take it from there. We find and gather the coverage ourselves, then run the same review, for a flat fee per topic. If we recommend moving forward and you engage us within 90 days, the fee is credited toward your article.

2. We review the coverage
We assess every source against Wikipedia's standards: whether it's independent, whether it's reliable, and whether it covers your subject in depth. The review is free when you send us your sources.
3. You get a written recommendation
Within 10 business days, we'll tell you plainly whether an article is achievable today, what coverage is still missing, or whether Wikipedia isn't the right fit right now. Afterward, we're happy to schedule one call to walk through it.
4. We build the article, or the coverage
If the coverage is there, we draft the article and prepare it for Wikipedia's review process, with the paid-editing disclosure Wikipedia requires. If it isn't there yet, our PR team can help you earn the kind of coverage Wikipedia looks for.
Our recommendation is our professional judgment. Wikipedia's volunteer reviewers make the final decision on any article.
